Seafood Stir-Fry from Heaven

Here is an easy and healthy recipe. It’s become one of my all-time favorites!

Seafood Stir-Fry from Heaven:

-10 shrimp (if using frozen shrimp, thaw first)

-3 sticks imitation crab meat

-2 cups spinach leaves

-.5 cup baby bella mushrooms

-1.5 tbsp Yoshida’s Gourmet sauce (or any other teriyaki sauce)

-.5 tbsp canola oil

-1 wok or large big pan

Heat half a tablespoon of canola oil in the wok (or large pan). Make sure the oil is covering the sides and bottom of the wok. Let the oil get really hot. Add mushrooms, and let cook for 3 minutes stirring every 30 seconds or so. Add the shrimp and crab meat and let heat up for about 2 minutes. Add the spinach and teriyaki sauce. Let cook for 2-3 minutes stirring every 30 seconds, than serve hot. 

Calories = 268; 30 grams protein; 38 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram fat. 

10 shrimp=70 calories

3 sticks imitation crab meat=90 calories

.5 cup baby bella mushrooms=20 calories

2 cups spinach leaves=20 calories

1.5 tbsp Yoshida’s sauce=68 calories

This dish is absolutely delicious! The first time I made it, I wasn’t sure how to feel about the crab meat… but now I love it! If you don’t like imitation crab meat you have many options: you can use real crab meat, lobster, scallops, almost any type of fish, chicken, steak, pretty much anything! This recipe is very versatile. I personally don’t serve with anything else, but you can serve this with virtually anything.
