So Delicious They’re Scary!!

So I wanted to post a Halloween related recipe in honor of my favorite holiday. I made three batches of pumpkin seeds for my friends and family, and they were a huge success!! They were all gobbled up right away!

th

Standard Pumpkin Seeds:

-as many seeds as you want (I used around 2 cups)

-olive oil

-sea salt (regular salt is fine)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and dry the seeds. Thrown the seeds into a bowl and drizzle olive oil over them. Grease a baking pan with butter or cooking spray and lay the oily seeds in a single layer. Sprinkle salt all over the seeds and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
